They discuss coaching and sports parenting philosophies and explore topics such as team culture, peer leadership, player empowerment, resilience, empathy, coach/player/parent communication, conflict resolution, respect, sportsmanship, hazing, injuries, and ways we can improve the youth sports culture and help young athletes get the best out of the youth sports experience.
